CLUB PATHWAY

Spring Creek FC’s player pathway offers athletes and families flexibility to choose the path that best fits their needs. For the youngest players (U6 and up), Recreational teams offer an introduction to soccer. Kids learn the basic principles of soccer and gain experience playing on a team, led by volunteer coaches. 

At the U9-U10 level, players can continue in Recreational or move to Academy, which focuses on preparing players for competitive soccer with two structured training sessions a week led by certified coaches. At the U11 and above level, players can choose between Recreational and Select. Select builds on Academy, offering three training sessions a week led by certified coaches and more competitive playing environment. 

Players can move between Recreation and Academy or Select as their needs or interests change. A player seeking additional technical development and a higher level of competition can choose to move from Rec to Select, for example; a player balancing commitments to other sports or activities while still wanting to play soccer can choose to move from Academy or Select to Recreational.
