CLUB DISCOUNTS*
Clubs that send 10 or more teams qualify for $75 off per team.
Clubs that send 5 or more teams may qualify for $50 off per team.
The Club Discount and Early Bird Discounts cannot be combined and used a multiples.

Key Dates
February 28 - Early Bird Discount Ends* (Listed price increases $50 after February 28, 2025)
April 9th - Application Closes at 11:59 p.m. CST
April 9th - Full payment due by Noon EDT for registration + parking. Online only. No checks. (All registered teams must be paid in full to be considered for acceptance)
April 13th - Accepted Teams List Published (OLC will begin after teams are accepted)
April 18th - Coaches/Team Managers receive first draft of preliminary schedule
April 25th - Final Schedule Published Online
May 7th - All Teams must have completed Online Check-In by 5PM CST / No Extensions! No changes to roster will be permitted once a team has been officially checked in by GotSoccer.
Due to anticipated waiting list, failure to meet any deadlines may result in automatic disqualification and we will accept one of the waiting list teams.

*A $20.00 Gotsport Software Fee will be added to the final amount of all credit card and check options.

All Entry Fees must be postmarked by the registration deadline to guarantee consideration. All late applications will be put on a wait list for review. Upon acceptance, the fee is non-refundable. If your team is accepted and later withdraws, the entry fee is non-refundable. Registration fees not received or postmarked by the registration deadline will incur an additional $50 late fee.

Iowa State League (ISL) Matches

SCFC Tournaments allow for ISA State League Matches. The format to request these games is:

Managers or Head Coach for both teams must contact the Tournament Director via email (director@springcreekfc.com) to request the ISL game(s) and confirm both teams agree to have this game played at the tournament. *Normally these match will be scheduled as the first match of the tournament for each team or teams. If requested by both teams the matches can be played at any time during the tournament.

All ISL policies and rules supersede the tournament policies/rules in terms of match reporting, ref fees, etc…
